Grant of License: Entrant grants to Sleep Essentials, Inc., its subsidiaries, and its successors (collectively "the Company"), an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, edit, adapt, publish, distribute, and display the submitted video (the "Content") in any and all media now known or hereafter devised. This includes, but is not limited to, use on YouTube, Rumble, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and all Company-owned websites.

Waiver of Intellectual Property Claims: Entrant warrants that they are the sole creator and owner of the Content and that the Content does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights of any third party. Entrant expressly waives any "moral rights" or claims of copyright infringement against the Company for the use of the Content in marketing, educational, or promotional materials.

Publicity Release: Entrant consents to the use of their name, likeness, and voice as captured in the Content for promotional purposes related to the "Mattress Horror Show" contest and general Sleep Essentials marketing without further compensation or notification.

No Obligation to Use: The Company is under no obligation to use, post, or feature any submitted Content.

Indemnification: Entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sleep Essentials, Inc. from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from a breach of these warranties (e.g., if the Entrant submits a video they did not film themselves).
