Affiliate Program Terms of Service
1. Overview This Affiliate Program Agreement (“Agreement”) contains the complete terms and conditions between Sleep Essentials (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“Affiliate” or “you”) regarding your participation in the Sleep Essentials Affiliate Program. By submitting an application or participating in the program, you agree to abide by all terms outlined below.
2. Enrollment and Approval
- We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion. We may cancel your application if we determine that your site is unsuitable, promotes violence, discrimination, illegal activities, or violates intellectual property rights.
- Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age and operate a lawful website or digital audience channel.
3. Commissions and Payouts
- Commission Rate: You will earn a commission percentage (defined in your affiliate dashboard) of the net sale amount (excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts) for qualifying orders referred through your unique affiliate link.
- Cookie Duration: Our tracking cookie lasts for 30 days from the initial click. A purchase must be completed within this window for a commission to register.
- Payment Schedule: Payouts are issued Monthly via Check, provided your account balance meets the minimum threshold of $50.
- Refunds and Returns: If a customer cancels and order before an order is shipped and requests a refund, or if a chargeback occurs, the commission earned on that sale will be deducted from your future payouts.
4. Prohibited Activities and Restrictions
- Self-Referrals: You cannot earn commissions on your own purchases made through your affiliate link.
- Trademark Bidding: You are strictly prohibited from bidding on trademarked terms (including “Sleep Essentials,” “Sleep Essentials Mattresses,” or close misspellings) in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, or other paid search platforms.
- Coupon and Deal Sites: Unauthorized coupon aggregation sites or misleading “discount code” promotions that trick users into clicking affiliate links without providing genuine value are strictly forbidden.
- Spam: Unsolicited commercial email (spam), mass messaging, or aggressive automated posting on forums and social media are grounds for immediate termination.
5. Intellectual Property
- We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use our official product images, logos, and banners solely for the purpose of promoting Sleep Essentials on your approved channels. All trademarks remain the property of Sleep Essentials.
6. Termination
- Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice to the other.
- Upon termination, you must immediately cease using all Sleep Essentials links, logos, and promotional materials. Outstanding verified commissions earned prior to termination will be paid out during the next regular cycle, provided they exceed the minimum threshold.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Sleep Essentials will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this program, and our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you under this Agreement.

- Compliance: Enforcing our terms of service, preventing fraudulent transactions, and meeting legal or tax reporting obligations.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies We use cookies, web beacons, and tracking pixels to analyze site traffic, remember your preferences, and measure ad performance. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may impact certain site functionalities, such as your shopping cart or checkout experience.
